Our managed offering is organized around three pillars - Support, Security, and Solutions - and is designed to keep your business running while we work alongside you on the bigger initiatives.

What you get when you sign up

  • Predictable monthly pricing. Fixed-fee agreements with a 12-month initial term or month-to-month. Security and backup products are itemized separately so you always see what's included.
  • Help desk support during business hours. Microsoft 365 user support across Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; new user creation and deprovisioning; password resets and MFA assistance; response to spam, phishing, and compromised account events; vendor liaison for your line-of-business applications.
  • Remote-first model, with onsite when it matters. Most issues resolve faster remotely - when they don't, we come to you. Onsite is included up to a contracted ceiling each month for our larger agreements.
  • Microsoft 365 tenant management. User provisioning and deprovisioning, license assignment and optimization, role-based access control, and secure configuration of Microsoft Entra ID. We can also migrate tenants off GoDaddy hosting to native Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Layered security. Microsoft Defender for Business (via Business Premium), Proofpoint email security, Blackpoint MDR with a 24/7 SOC, Datto RMM for endpoint monitoring and patching, AvePoint cloud backup for M365, and MFA with conditional access policies.
  • Endpoint management with Intune. Device enrollment, compliance enforcement, Windows security baselines, configuration profiles, and application deployment. iPhone and iPad management via Intune or hybrid configuration.
  • Backup and business continuity. We monitor Microsoft, Datto BCDR, and AvePoint backups, review alerts, and assist with routine restorations.
  • Vendor liaison. We coordinate with your ERP, print, and connectivity vendors so you don't have to be the middleman.

Service expectations

  • Service tickets are triaged internally within one hour.
  • Routine incidents are typically resolved within the business day.
  • If not resolved same day, PC Portal will update ticket status by end of business day.
  • Telephone support 8 AM - 5 PM. After-hours is available, subject to additional billing for non-critical work; critical outages and security incidents are handled around the clock.
  • Our team aims to answer the service queue with a human by the third ring.

What's outside the scope of a standard agreement

Standard managed services do not include new system implementations or major upgrades, software development or customization, unsupported or non-standard hardware, hardware warranty work, managed print services, in-house camera system support, or third-party vendor management beyond reasonable coordination. We're happy to quote any of those as separate project work or talk to you.
